| About 40 Sentinel plots have been established in Illinois. The counties in which these plots are located are indicated by color coding. Each week these plots are scouted for the presence of ASR, and the data are entered on the USDA-APHIS site (shown on the left of the page). The local Illinois and the national USDA maps will help producers track the disease and will enable management decisions to be made based on the movement and presence of the pathogen.
